Lay an existing garment that you own on a flat surface. Measure just under the armpit from one side to the other.
Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment.

Head Circumference
To measure the head circumference, use a tape; start at the middle of the forehead and complete a loop around the back of the head until the tape reaches the initial point where you started to measure from.
