Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it to us for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong design, wrong sizing, or if the garment isn't what you expected. We only offer a refund if you have received a faulty garment/item.

If you have incorrectly chosen the wrong size or wrong design of garment, we will happily provide an exchange provided the garment is in it's originally packaging and has not been worn.

Please note, if your request is valid for a refund, BW Tribal will not be liable to refund any postage costs unless deemed it was our original mistake in sending the item.

Change of Mind Policy

Please note that we do not normally offer a refund or exchange of change of mind, or where you have selected an incorrect design or incorrect sizing, unless your Consumer Law Rights apply. Please carefully review the selected design and sizing information prior to placing your order.

In addition to your Consumer Law Rights, we may agree to accept returns or exchanges of goods at our discretion within 30 days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us to initiate the return or exchange within 30 days after delivery of the relevant goods;

  • The relevant goods must be returned to, and received by us, unused and in good condition, with all product packaging, labels, accessories and documentation;

  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of clothing, headwear, swimwear, underwear or footwear once worn, except where your Consumer Law Rights apply;

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated, our Change of Mind policy does not apply to custom-manufactured goods, customised/personalised goods, “Pre-Order”, “Clearance” or “Limited Time Only” items, or items designated with “Change of Mind policy does not apply to this item”;

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery of the relevant goods. Original delivery charges and return charges will not be refunded except where your Consumer Law Rights apply;

  • Appropriate proof of purchase (such as a tax invoice or order confirmation) must be provided or confirmed by us; and

  • All items accepted for return under our Change of Mind policy will be subject to a Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To apply for an exchange or refund:

1. Submit the returns form online (below)
2. Take the garment to your local post office
3. Wait for us to get in touch (within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your return parcel)

Do you offer a refund for change of mind?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind once ordered. We do not refund items purchased if you simply change your mind. We will only offer a refund on goods purchased if the goods are deemed faulty on inspection. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

We are unable to cancel any order, so please be careful and mindful of what and when you place your order. Any pre-orders that have been placed,will not be able to be cancelled as the order is then submitted to our warehouse for the process to start making.

No cancellations / refunds will be accepted for change of mind, size or design. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

  • As soon as you have submitted the Returns/Exchanges form below just send your gear straight back to the return address below.
  • You don’t need to wait for any additional emails from us.
  • Postage costs back to BW Tribal are payable by the customer, unless the garment is faulty or the item sent was the wrong size or design in which case BW Tribal will cover postage costs both ways.

30 Day Returns FAQs

What is your return policy?
You must return your garments within 30 days of receiving it. The garment needs to be unwashed and unworn and returned in its original packaging. Sorry, but if the garment show signs of being worn it will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Items with personalisation cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.

What if I received a faulty item?
BW Tribal will refund 100% of the full amount of the garment or replace it if we have the item in stock. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
