30 Day Returns
Once you have received your order you have 30 days to return it to us. We will refund or replace the garment if we have in stock if it doesn’t fit or is not what you ordered. Simply fill in the Returns/Exchanges Form below and send your garment/s back to us.


  • As soon as you have submitted our Returns/Exchanges form below and have our postal address, just send your gear straight back to us!
  • You don’t need to wait for any additional emails from us.
  • Postage costs back to BW Tribal must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty or the item sent was the wrong garment in which case BW Tribal will cover postage costs both ways.
  • If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us directly at tribalwear@outlook.com.

What is your return policy?
You must return your garments within 30 days of receiving it. The garment needs to be unwashed and unworn and returned in its original packaging. Sorry, but if the garment show signs of being worn it will not be accepted.

Important: Items with personalisation cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.

What if I received a faulty item?
BW’s Tribal will refund 100% of the full amount of the garment or replace it if we have in stock.
