How long will it take for my item to get to me?
FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Express Post
Next business day to 2 business days (fastest possible delivery for remote areas).
Parcel/Standard Post
3 to 5 business days (Up to 14 for remote areas)
For an accurate estimate of when you can expect your parcel to arrive, you can use Australia Post's online postage calculator (using starting location: Cleveland, QLD 4163). 

NOTE: All orders are dispatched twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday before 10am (excl. public holidays). For more info, please refer to our Shipping page.

Do you have a shop?
Our head office is based in South Brisbane however BW Tribal is purely an Online Shopping Site at this stage. 

 

Who are your artists?
We don't buy our artwork, all of our designs are created in-house. We are an Indigenous owned and operated company, and so, with both Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage interwoven within our team, 100% unique and authentic designs inevitably are created as a result.

 

I'm not Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, would it be culturally disrespectful for me to wear your clothes?
All of our clothing is designed to be loved and worn by people of ALL cultures. If anything, it is an honour that you want to share and respect our culture.

 

What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer the following payment options:
1. Credit Card - VISA or MasterCard
2. PayPal - You can enter your credit card details or sign in to your PayPal account
3. Afterpay - Buy Now and Pay Later with this modern version of lay-by option (interest free)!
 

Where are your products made?
All of our garments are designed in Australia by our in-house designers (who are all of indigenous heritage). Our garments are then manufactured ethically at our offshore factory.

UPDATE: We are currently in the process of setting up our very own in-house production so we can offer you Australian Made products. So stay tuned...

 

Are any of your garments made with cotton?
Sorry, no we don't. To achieve the print and fabric quality of our garments, we use the latest sublimation (COOLPASS) technology which can only be used on a polyester fabric. This makes for a lighter and more breathable garment that not only is super comfortable, but lasts longer too!

 

What does Pre-Order mean?
Pre-Order items are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. All items placed in the same order are shipped together and not separately. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives.  If you want an item that is in stock straight away, you will need to place a 2nd order for that item. DO NOT place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait for your item(s) to arrive. Please DO NOT contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed in each product description. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, SIZE CHANGES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR PRE-ORDER. 

 

How do I know what size to purchase?
Please refer to our sizing charts available within each product description (also available on the "Sizing" page here → http://bwtribal.com/pages/sizing).

 

What is your return policy?
You must return your garment/s to BW TRIBAL via postage at your own expense within 30 days of receiving it. The garment needs to be unwashed and unworn and returned in its original packaging. Sorry, but if the garment shows signs of being worn it will not be accepted. Once accepted, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. The return policy also applies to wrong sizing issues. Please see our Returns page for more info.

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it to us for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong design or wrong sizing, and only offer a refund if you have received a faulty garment/item.

If you have incorrectly chosen the wrong size or wrong design of garment, we will happily provide an exchange provided the garment is in it's originally packaging and has not been worn.

Please note, if your request is valid for a refund, BW Tribal will not be liable to refund any postage costs unless deemed it was our original mistake in sending the item.

What if I received a faulty item?
You must return your garment/s to BW TRIBAL via postage within 7 days of receiving it. The garment needs to be unwashed and unworn and returned in its original packaging. BW’s Tribal staff will inspect the garment and upon verification, we will refund 100% of the full amount of the garment or replace it if we have in stock.

Do you offer a refund for change of mind?

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it to us for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong design or wrong sizing, and only offer a refund if you have received a faulty garment/item.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please fill out the contact form and provide your desired order, email and shipping address and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.

 

Are you 100% Indigenous owned?
Yes. When you buy from BW Tribal you can be assured that you are supporting a 100% Indigenous owned company.

Do I have to create an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest if you don't want to create an account.
