This artwork “Dolphin Dreaming” depicts the dolphins in its natural surroundings - the ocean. The waves are depicted with half circles and fin like patterns, the 3 coloured lines depict the currents of the ocean which transport the dolphins on their journey. The circles up top of the piece represents the spray of the waves as they roll through the sea. The Dolphin has special meaning to certain costal tribes of Australia, each tribe has its own “Dreaming” about the dolphin.
