Pre-Orders

Pre-Order items are purchased before production. Pre-Order listings are not ready to ship. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. All items placed in the same order are shipped together and not separately. Your order will be held in dispatch until your pre-order item arrives.

If you want an item that is in stock straight away, you will need to place a second order for that item. Please do not place a Pre-Order if you are not willing to wait for your item(s) to arrive. Please do not contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed in each product description.

How We Ship Orders

We ship our orders by Australia Post within Australia and internationally. For full details please see our 'Shipping Policy'. 

Delivery times are an estimate based on standard Australia Post delivery timelines, however we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. All timeframes expressed below are an estimate only. 

We ship all our orders within one or two business days subject to stock availability. If an item is a Pre-Order or out of stock we will hold your order until all items arrive.

Change of Mind Policy does not apply to Pre-Order items. Your consumer law rights will still apply. See our 'Refund Policy' for further information.
